Beware!!!! Pros: SOME friendly moving staff. Cons: Where do I start? Cannot meet deadlines, careless- busted the hoop off my basketball goal ripping out from the backboard, scratched a BRAND NEW dining room table TWICE, broke a curtain rod, ripped a door off a cabinet, placed clearly marked boxes all in the wrong places, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER- she asked me for $600 more than the FLAT RATE quote her ex boyfriend(?) quoted us before the job was done, also asked for full payment before the job was done because…
They were 6 hours late from the time they agreed in our contract that we put a deposit down to save the date/time on. They also didn’t communicate well and made us think it would only be an hour behind and it turned out to be six hours. …
I had the company move my belongs to Maine took them a long time to get here. When it arrived I had nothing but scratches on my furniture or broken my stuff was so damaged. My new tv was screen was broken. They were calling us every day for money when the contract said two payments. They were wanting money sent to them or the drivers. Now I'm looking at mail and apparantly they have forgotten one of the storage units. If I could give zero stars I wouldnt give one at all.
Warning, warning, be aware of this company, I hired this company a year ago to move me into the river loft, Apartments this company destroyed the side of the building and they are refusing to Pay for the damage they done. The damage is over $5200. I will be reporting them to the right authorities
This is the second time I’ve hired Mainstream Movers, and both times were disappointing. They were careless, unprofessional, and didn’t help with unmounting or setting up TVs as expected. Mike and Joshua were not helpful. I won’t be calling them again.

Contracted with Mainstream Movers, putting down a $1,250 deposit. Day of the move, they told me UHaul wouldn’t rent them a vehicle, asked me to come and pay for the rental. Really put us in a bind! Still awaiting the refund of our deposit.

Booked an appointment online which was super easy. Received a very pleasant and reasonable quote within just a few hours, next day the guys showed up and were extremely friendly and did an awesome job. Would absolutely recommend and will be using them again if I need any sort of moving assistance!
