The rating breakdown
3 of the 26 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for A Maloney Moving & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 26 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Kenner
6.3 percentage points higher than the middle of the 7 listings in Kenner we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
I strongly recommend avoiding A Maloney Moving & Storage. In our recent experience, the sales team made whatever assurances were necessary to secure our business, but we were left to manage the problems ourselves once the move began. Among other falsehoods, the sales team (Joe) assured us that a Bekins driver and van would pick up our belongings directly. Instead, our items were left in an unattended truck for several days and then placed in a warehouse for weeks.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
If anyone knows just how much of a nuisance it is to have a piece of exercise equipment sitting in your house being used as a clothing rack, you’ll definitely appreciate this review! 😂 I had a commercial grade NordicTrack elliptical machine taking up space in my home since the pandemic. I had been wanting to get rid of it for over a year, but every company I called either couldn’t remove it due to insurance restrictions or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money.
Thanks Tosh
I shipped a variety of furniture and boxes to my son in Lubbock from New Orleans. Joe Diamond was the Maloney agent that handled my shipment. He was very responsive, gave me a good price and handled all of the details over the phone and by text. He kept me informed of the status from beginning to end. The pick up of the furniture was right as scheduled and was professionally handled by four very nice guys.
We appreciate the kind words, and thank you for allowing us to be of service.
Very prompt and professional. It was drizzling and they took great care of our furniture.
Thank You Mr Coe, glad to be of service
I had a fantastic experience with this moving company! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. Joe was especially wonderful—super helpful and easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, even with a small mix-up on my end. I’m so grateful for their hard work and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!
Allie, We thank you for the opportunity and the kind words, … More
