Storage Center is a bunch of crooks. I have paid for 2 1/2 years without complaining about the rental of the storage unit going up more than once. I just cleared out my unit and asked if my rental would be prorated back to my account because I was moving out 21 days early. They told me that they do not prorate. I asked to see the contract that says that they do not prorate. They said that it is not in the contract and there is nothing I can do about it.
Bad customer service experience at this location this morning 6/28/2023 at about 11am. I pulled in the parking lot and went to the door but it was locked the employee was in the parking lot sweeping so she asked what I needed I was trying to see a 5*5 storage unit to make sure it would fit my things she was on her cell phone and said ok but then she proceeded to talk on her phone telling the person she had Been sitting in the office since 9:30 am and soon as she came outside to sweep someone pulled up like I…
WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD AT A STORAGE FACILITY IN MY LIFE! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THE MONEY I WAS OVERCHARGED BACK BUT I CAN NEVER GET ANY ONE TO HELP ME!! I’VE BEEN LIED TO, DISMISSED, AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL BE REMOVING MY BELONGING AT FIRST AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY!! David or Dave i believe discriminated me claiming I was someone else who was kicked out when I never even been to any of their storage locations. I felt so numb and destroyed after the comment he made. He didn’t even confirm if I was someone else or if I was on their system.

Rented a unit for about 3 and half years. Price was increased twice in that time. Also found plenty of mouse feces and urine covering my things in the unit. Silverfish were also prevalent in the unit. Unit was located on the third floor so chances are these problems are throughout the whole building. Definitely recommend cleaning your items when you retrieve them.

I love this place in Kenner so much I give them a 10 out of 10 They are so clean and so sweet and it's so easy with them. Especially with Jenny Thibodaux-Lips she's absolutely a pleasure and professional. She made evwrything so easy and she is so understanding. I would definitely come back Thank you .
Very complimentary staff. Andy has been very helpful during my storage stay. I’ve stored here since they opened and have met many of the staff that has passed through. He’s exceptional at his job and always carries a smile on his face. It’s hard to come by workers that really enjoy their Job, so don’t fret store here they’re reasonable they’re nice. You can literally ask them anything.
