I had previously posted my negative review then contacted by Zippy Shell La, Janelle, asking me to please take it down assuring me our issue would receive high priority. We have had no response since our move 2/2019. The majority of our furniture has damage which I have pictures of and were sent to Zippy Shell. Contacted by Pack Rat who said they would take over our claim but still NOTHING. Moved from NY to LA, our property stored in La a few days. Whichever state is responsible it is Zippy Shell.
Do not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional service. After they deliver, if you need assistance or a pickup, they don't answer the phone and may or may not call you back. Sat on my property for weeks empty and refused to refund anything even after the scheduled appointment and never showed up.

I find it strange, half of these good reviews doesn’t describe the product or the service! Just reviews about Janell. I don’t do business with shady people, almost called these people but saw the negative comments, they seem more legitimate. People read these comments before making your final decision.

This company is a scam! They are going to tell you 1 price. And then when they get your stuff they are going to add about $1000 worth of fees and more! This company is 1 of the worst companies I ever dealt with! They need to be stopped!
Hi Carlton, We apologize for your dissatisfaction with using Zippy Shell's moving services. Unfortunately, there isn't anything our location in New Orleans can do. It appears that your move was managed by corporate and not by our location.
Zippy Shell told me that they would pro rate the price if I went over a day or two, but they did not pro rate and charged me a for a full second month for going a couple days over. I would not recommend using them.

They also worked with my schedule and rescheduled date for pod set with me since I had to time it with the movers. I just had Jeremy deliver the pod, and his skill in doing so is unmatched! He put it exactly where I asked and did it all in impressive timing!

I came home to a busted water heater. I needed a storage pod at the last minute . Zippy Shell was the most economical option I found after calling numerous companies.The phone support staff was efficient and professional . I had a unit delivered the next day. Jeremy was phenomenal and proficient in delivering the pod. He is extremely nice and very knowledgeable . I needed a second unit delivered and again it was delivered in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends !!!

Zippy shell has been awesome, from the first phone call to get a quote and schedule a pod to the delivery. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. The delivery was seamless. Jeremy called me with an ETA and was on time with the first one and second one. The prices are the best in the area from what I've found. Highly recommended!
