The rating breakdown
4 of the 30 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Armstrong Company are one or two star.
Worked out from 30 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Kenner
8.1 percentage points higher than the middle of the 7 listings in Kenner we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Had movers fill their truck from my pod and house in New Orleans. They carefully wrapped everything and worked quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. They delivered everything to my storage unit in Asheville and off loaded as carefully as they had packed it. Friendly, professional drivers and crew! Picture is how they had to back out of the parking lot because of the sharp dip but didn't harm the tree or scrape the ground!
Mary, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We are always so pleased to hear of another positive encounter with our team. Enjoy your new home and thank you for choosing Armstrong!
I had a great experience with Armstrong this week. They handled the New Orleans delivery of my international move. Julius and the team were excellent: they worked hard, efficiently, and took good care of my stuff. Highly recommended.
Daniel, thank you for sharing your positive experience with our international moving services! We're delighted that Julius and our crew handled your delivery carefully and efficiently. Enjoy your new home and thank you for choosing The Armstrong Company!
