I’ve been overcharged multiple times— no one has helped me even though I’ve called over a dozen times and I’ve gone to the office to try and resolve these issues more than once when the manager was supposed to meet me and never showed up. …
On October 4th, 2025, I visited the storage facility in Clay St (Kenner) and spoke with Chavon. I rented a small unit online and informed Chavon that I wanted to terminate the lease of the larger unit I was renting, as I would be moving my belongings to the smaller unit. Chavon replied, "Okay." Assuming everything was taken care of and that I would receive some form of notification, I left the premises.
Drove 30 minutes to get some items from my storage unit, only to find that they now hold all the carts hostage during business hours, and don't let you use a cart at all outside of those hours. Would have been nice if they'd taken 2 minutes to send an email to their customers letting us know this info so we don't waste an hour, but I guess that's asking just too much. If you're looking for 24/7 storage access, look elsewhere.
I been here since Life storage but it has change to storage center without me knowing and my rate without any consent, law or communication. I was not told of any info and along with others. I have try calling the owner but they continue to ignore me and my messages also my concerns. This place does not resolve any concerns! As a person in business, that’s not how you communicate with your customers.
My code never works until about 15 min of playing a game with the elevator code, door and buttons. The worst rental I have ever had. This started the first day and I can never get in touch with anyone during access time. I will be going to office today to get settled or move out. From what I understand everyone has the same problem.
Loved Life Storage. Moving to a different storage location ASAP! Access code changed….nobody informed me. I updated my information with Jenni but still couldn’t access anything. My experience with Jenni was horrible and very unprofessional. Also, Jenni STRONGLY SUGGEST customers to leave a 5star review!
