Terrible, terrible service and customer care. The movers were over 5 hours late and unprofessional. They barely spoke to me during the entire move. While moving my couch, they busted a whole in the wall ripped the couch although I heard them say that the couch would not fit that way. The company told me the damaged would be repaired to how it was.
Even though the company is affordable it is not the cheapest but i went with them cause they had a short morning time frame to be here. Well from the start it was bad, they were an hour late and had the wrong size truck that was promised. After finally arriving the movers loaded the first load within an hour and a half and we saw promise that this could get done in four to five hours! To save time we just had everything unloaded in our garage...
I used them a while back and didnt write a review at the time because at the time I was angry and thought I would just let it go, but I cant. My wife (Liz Magee) left a review as well in the middle of the ordeal which I will explain... We moved from Little Elm to Denton, ~20-25 min drive. Furniture was taken apart and boxes were in the living room next to the front door. They were an hour and a half late, but didnt bother telling us until we called 45 min after our scheduled time.
My special needs son, who is high-functioning autistic, was moving from a second-floor apartment to a first-floor apartment within the same complex. He participates in a program that helps adults with autism learn to live independently. The move involved his portion of a two bedroom apartment; his bedroom furniture and a few kitchen appliances. A Plus Movers charged nearly one thousand dollars. When we questioned the price, we were initially told the estimate had been given months ago, which was incorrect.

DO NOT USE A+ MOVERS!! This is the damage caused by their workers! Those aren’t scratches, they’re gouges from the workers not measuring the opening to get my refrigerator into my kitchen! They made an appt for one of their “people” to come out and fix it, then didn’t show. Made another appt and didn’t show. Now they won’t answer any calls or emails. They also gouged my island trying to get the fridge in another way.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I paid for 3 people to move my things. I got 2 and a half! The guy and the girl were fine, but they sent a new person they were training who made things harder and more ineffective. After the hectic move, I reached back out …
Im sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your move. The elevators went out at the storage and our guys had to walk everything downstairs to get it to the truck. Its was hot and our guys get tired after 5 hours of carrying heavy items in 100 degree heat.
The two guys who showed up were extremely inexperienced in moving. I was told over the phone that if I needed help packing some stuff (I just needed help with big items) they would help me. That was not the case. I kept having to point out …
UPDATE!!! So today 01/02/2021 I spoke with Tasha about my claim I submitted over a week or two ago about the damages that were done. Her response was “The OWNER says he is not going to even look at your claim because of the google review …
There are several issues are having. First issue is that you were extremely happy with your services and told us that everything was great before we took your payment. You even signed off on the delivery report saying that you inspected all of your items and that there was no damage.
