Do not hire Making Your Move Easy if you want licensed and properly insured movers!! They also hire out subcontractors to carry out the move and no one with the actual company. This is never disclosed. They have refused to give any sort of refund or compensation for missing cash, deceptive practices (false advertising), and making an ILLEGAL move. The movers they gave us were Joseph (real name Jossue) and his brother. My wife is 6 months pregnant so we really needed movers to help out.
Do not recommend using this company. They did not show up for my scheduled move and when I contacted them they said they are coming late and still never showed up. I asked for my security deposit back because they did not show up at all and gave no communication also, they did not answer and will not send me my deposit back. Very unprofessional! Not one to leave reviews really but when you steal my money and waste my time , that’s unacceptable and I hope they don’t do this to anyone else.
Broke our couch by taking it apart without knowing how to get pieces of it back together. Lost a piece off of our refrigerator and scratched several pieces of furniture. Made them aware of the damage and no response other than, yeah I saw …
We hired them today due to them being referred but It was by far the worst moving service I have encountered. It took them 6.5 hours to move a small 2 bedroom with no huge item’s except couches, washer/dryer and 2 bed sets. They broke the door on an almost brand new washer which the owner spent 45 minutes I was charged for to not be able to fix it and the 2 other workers just piled things randomly. I labeled all the boxes to be organized. The owner worked hard, unfortunately his workers did not.

These guys are not professional. we had asked them to move few boxes to a different container which was supposed to go to different state and they missed it and instead boxes went to local public storage. Now, when i asked their help to figure out those few boxes from public storage as i need them they are charging me again (just to identify those few boxes)!. clearly they messed up by moving boxes and not following directions but they do not value their customers.
This company moved my stuff and stole my information off my cards and use it buying stuff please don’t use there service. They don’t deserve any stars.

If I could give this company 10 stars the I would. Another moving company cancelled at 4:30pm on the day of my daughter’s move. I frantically made calls to numerous companies to schedule for the next day. Evelyn at Making Your Move Easy was the only company that would consider to squeeze us in at a reasonable rate. They quoted 2pm and actually arrived a little early! Allan & Hector made a great efficient team. Both were incredibly professional and personable.
