Well the unloading crew was awesome but the office needs some help! I drove a u-haul from San Antonio to Keller Tx and was told guys would arrive between 2-6pm but I needed to be there at 2 in case they were ready. They finally got to my house at 9:15pm to start unloading a 26’ u-haul. I arrived at 1:30 pm to meet my 2:00 deadline only to wait almost 8 hours! Guys did a good job and worked hard. Office needs to get their act together to get 5 stars. Paid $500 plus $100 in tips.
