I wish this company it was out of business already but this explain why they don’t get that much of business..!!! I send this text to CHASE..!!!! Chase, I can’t even express to said that I am very DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED for the type of work that your 2 BEST man did at my house…..!!!!! To begin with they arrived at 8:36AM Pedro took 7 minutes just to park 🤦♀️ seriously 😳 Took them 10 minutes just to go back downstairs to get the dolly. They were MILKING MY TIME…!!!!!

Be aware of the sub contractors that Olympus Moving selects. They are horrible. Olympus takes NO accountability for issues or missing furniture. They make it difficult to get issues resolved. Don’t use this BROKER. They are not culpable for missing furniture.

Overall the move wasn't too bad. However, they get 1 star for going back on their word. They moved me into my house in July 2024. A large piece of glass that goes on top of my desk did not make it to the house - it just vanished. I contacted them, they followed up with their drivers and they told me they would cover a new piece of glass - GREAT! Or at least so I thought. I called and emailed these people for months, only got the runaround and eventually they just started ghosting me.

I had a terrible experience with this service, which was filled with theft and dishonesty. When I contacted the company, I felt hopeful since I am a senior disabled veteran living on a fixed income. I was quoted $850 for packing and transport, with a total not exceeding $1,500 over the phone. However, when the team arrived, they seemed shocked by the actual amount of work and demanded more money. They told me that the cost would rise to between $2,200 and $2,700 in an aggressive manner.

Our moving guys were fantastic! Hard workers who wanted to get the job done. As for management… we cannot say the same. Chase was extremely unprofessional and defensive when we called to report a few damaged items just forty eight hours after the move was complete. Claiming it had been too long since the move to even report. Finished moving at 9:30 pm Friday to the telephone conversation Monday morning.

Hof2006, you stated this is your first review ever but you have 4 prior reviews. Just part of the many lies that you have left on our site. Our truck did break down, and we stopped the clock while the truck was having an engine coolant reservoir swapped out.

Olympic Moving Company exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and handled everything with care. They wrapped and protected my furniture like it was their own, worked efficiently, and made the entire moving process stress-free. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. What really stood out was their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.

I was referred to Olympic Moving by a friend who was pleased with their service. I have since used this company twice for my own moving needs. They were easy to schedule with and confirmed everything in advance. The crew was professional and arrived on time. The movers were careful with my belongings and wrapped my fragile items properly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would use them again.
I just recently moved and I am out here living alone and honestly Miguel and Darrel were such great help I don’t know what I would have done without them, they were quick and effective and handled all my furniture with care. They even helped me fix a drawer that was broken, it’s the best price around this area and with the best crew. If I move again I will definitely be using them again.
