Beware !!! I just want to share and thank the manager Kia for her willingness attitude to go above & beyond to accommodate every customer I've seen her interact with and her being attentive to addressing my concerns that I have/had. This business would not operate or run as smoothly and effectively as it does if it wasn't for great employees still existing in a world where customer service is pretty much non-existent.

I had a terrible experience at A+ Storage. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was bothering them and had no interest in providing decent customer service. On top of that, the entire facility smelled like mold, which made me seriously question how well the units are maintained and whether my belongings would be safe there. I expected a clean, secure storage facility, but this place was the complete opposite.

The manager James is soooo rude. He talks to you like you’re stupid for asking a question. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. His energy was so negative that I chose to go to a different storage instead.

This is my second time back at A+ storage Lauderhill. I’ve always been treated fairly, kind and professionally. The storage facility is always clean and shout out to the property manager, James and the maintenance man Carl for always willing to help.
