I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received from this moving company. During our move in September 2025, the movers broke our conference table, which is a key piece of furniture for our business. They attempted a quick fix days later, but the repair was incomplete, and the table is still unusable. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding. I’ve reached out multiple times asking them to return and properly repair the table or reimburse us so we can replace it.
Hi Karissa. Sorry you had a bad experience. Please give me a call so we can make this up to you. I was supposed to fix this for you personally but was in a car accident and everything was put on hold. We will pay you back for the table or fix it. Thank you.
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We had an emergency move out situation due to a fire in our apartment, and we hired this company to pack and move our belongings. Shortly, it was an absolute nightmare. Several of our more expensive belongings were stolen or damaged. Our bank card information was stolen, and someone attempted to use it at a local online casino. When we called to ask about the items, they denied having them.
I didn’t deny anything because I wasn’t there. My staff offered to give you there full names and work with the police if you didn’t figure out what happend. I received one missed call from you last week but me or my team is not hiding anywhere.
A to B Moving Services did not show up to move the furniture as Josh had arranged. Josh failed to deliver. Not only will I never use their services I don’t recommend them to anyone else.
Hi Robin. I don’t remember this arrangement but please let us make this up to you if you need anything. Sometimes we get super busy. If we can move anything around the house or deliver a furniture item in need let me know so I can take care of it.
I really wanted to have a great experience with Josh’s company. We really gave him grace. The movers were horrible. Took forever to pack up our well organized house. They packed our mattress with our covering it and it was filthy. They broke several lamps, forgot to check cabinets to pack and left stuff behind. Then scratched the paint off the new place when trying to move a desk up the stairs. They said they would come back to paint but did not. They lost pieces to a coat rack. It was a complete nightmare.
We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Taylar. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are reviewing this incident internally to understand where we fell short and how we can improve.
If I could give zero I would. I reached out Jan 2nd for a Feb. 1st move the person I spoke with said it wouldn’t be a problem quoted me $700 asked that I send pics and videos to showcase what needs to be moved. I did just that within an hour of speaking to the gentleman. Never heard back. I texted a few days later asking for an update no response. I waited two weeks reached out again no response.
HI Latisha! I apologize for the lack of communication on my behalf. Sometimes I am out doing jobs with guys in between calls or chasing around my 1 year old. The final quote is after we check out the pictures.
Josh is poor quality moving business. He didn’t return my phone calls and left my items in the mailbox. I’m highly upset and just want to make sure people don’t use this service. STAY AWAY!!!! I was not feeling his vibes and he made me feel unsafe while my items were “in transport”. Also for some reason there was some glitter on my items so I’m not sure what happened with that.

You will need 2 trips be local only!@ No photos needed . The owner stayed true to his time committed but needs to learn about loading/packaging a trailer..and making commitments on what was last load piece requirements. UPS BEWARE.

I had booked an appointment with College Hunks Hauling in West Chester and they abruptly cancelled the appointment, a week before our scheduled move, stating there was a scheduling conflict and they weren't even apologetic about that. I then found A to B Moving based on good google reviews. They were able to schedule a move within 10 days at a reasonable price. I was a little sceptical about the service quality in the begining as this move was scheduled on a short notice.

I purchased a HUGE HEAVY entertainment armoire. The mover I hired to pick it up and move it into my house couldn't get it in my house. It needed to be carried around to the front of my house and come through the front door. Myself, a neighbor, and the mover couldn't carry it that far (or at all). I called College Hunks, they sent someone out to assess. I told them I would pay for 4 hunks to get the damn thing in the house. They decided they couldn't do it!! Then I went on the web and found these guys.

Oh my gosh, I had THE BEST experience with this company. Cash and Eugene were amazing. They moved my stuff from a pod like truck to a storage unit and not only were they truly a joy to be around and talk with, they were capable, careful, and Cash meticulously organized my storage unit so I can get to everything easily.
