Shipped my car through Moversjet and they have assigned me to a third party carrier Federal Auto Transport Inc. The car was delivered 3 days late the drivers excuse was that one of the tires busted on the way, I have been actively tracking the location of my vehicle with an inbuilt gps and it was kept at an auto repair shop. I noticed that my Roof was painted and I was only able to notice it later since the car was delivered at night around 8PM. My car was only 6 months old and looked brand new.

The vehicle arrived 2 days late. The driver was very rude when he arrived. The vehicle was filthy and I found the side of the cab was scratched badly from the tie down and the hood of the truck had scratches into the paint. When I texted him to ask for his insurance company name for a claim he answered me in Spanish and said that I must of run into something on the hood. The truck was not scratched on the hood when he picked it up. The office will not answer the email or the phone. I’m not happy with this.

I needed a Jeep Wrangler transported from NY to FL. At first Moverjet was professional and provided a great quote. I agreed to go with them due to the quote and the guarantee that it would be picked up in the time frame I needed. After wasting a week of my time they started giving me the run around. They started asking for $400 - $500 more than what was quoted and signed on the contract. They used the standard excuse they could not get a driver to accept the quote they had given me.

STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!! They receive 1 star ONLY because I can’t put zero! We had a contract 3 weeks prior to required delivery date. When the date for pick up approached, they wouldn’t answer my calls, texts, or emails. When they finally called me back, they claimed they could not find a driver for the contract price. At this point, my vehicle wouldn’t arrive by the time needed. I agreed to a $300 increase & STILL I had to continue to chase them down, because no one would call me for pick up.

I'm convinced all the 5 star ratings are done by bots. My family had the worst experience with MoverJet Logistics. In the beginning, the process was seamless and the numbers were amazing. We were quoted $897 to ship our truck from Los Angeles to Southern VA. Everything was booked 3 weeks before the contracted pick up date. The day before the contracted pick up date I contacted the rep to confirm the pick up. I was told the driver was negotiating the date and price.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I tried to ship my car with mover jet 3 times and every time there is a new excuse. Not to mention the price hike right before there scheduled to pick up your car you can expect the price to go up 100 dollars the day of your move they'll tell you like oh we didn't know u needed a whinch even though u have told them.

Working with this company has been the worst experience I've had among several car transport services I've used. Initially, they provide a competitive quote to get your business, but they fail to keep you informed about current market rates or driver availability. Then, just two days before your scheduled move or car pick-up, they suddenly inform you that the actual price is $300 (or more) higher than the original quote.

Hello, this is Moverjet Logistics - Following up on your order #xxxxxx to ship the xxxx A driver can pick it up on 07/26/2023 and deliver it on 07/27/2023, OR 07/28/2023 However, the best price we were able to get it to is $1100 total. I do realize this is much higher than we agreed on, but at the same time this is the best option we were able to get so far. We're experiencing a pent-up demand ,as after the pandemic customers who were postponing the move, decided it is time.
