Zero stars. DO NOT USE THEM!!! By far the move from hell!!!! I’m still waiting for them to contact me back on all of the damage that was done from my move. It has now been well over one months time. I moved on 7/28/18 & have mass amounts of damage to my artwork, washer and dryer, china cabinet, antique secretary, coffee table, walls, carpet! There’s not a lot they didn’t damage!! I was charged over $3k for my move after being quoted way less!

A to Z Valley Wide Movers no called, no showed on the day our move was scheduled 6/24/17. To date they still have not called or emailed to explain the situation or apologize. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-9am, at 9:00 I called, at 9:30 I called and also emailed, at 10:00 I called and texted. Not only did this company not show up, they didn't answer their phone, email, or texts.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with a business. This truck was blocking my parking spot. I asked them when they were moving and the guy in the picture said right now. After waiting a few minutes I went to ask the person to ask how long he would be and he started yelling at me and got in my face while I was in my car. Even spit on my car. He must have been having a very bad day but he didn’t need to take it out on someone just asking how long he would be.

This company is using a shell called A to Z Valley movers, but it is really called Leo's moving Service. Know I know why. I was quoted $4,500 to move last month from San Tan Valley, AZ to Provo, UT. I was living in a 3 bedroom single family home. The owner of Leo's moving LLC came out to give me a quote. I asked if it would fit in a single 26ft moving truck. He looked around. He wrote down a list of furniture that would fit, I told him I would get rid of the rest of the furniture.

Worst experience I've ever had with any company in my life. I just recently moved with this company Wednesday 05/12/2021. They only moved 6 items of mine. A 65 inch TV, a 75 inch TV, a sectional sofa, a glass wall calendar, a gas grill and a Traeger smoker. Somehow they managed to smash not only 1 TV but both TV's. When they brought my 65 inch TV off of the truck it wasn't wrapped in anything at all. My 75 inch TV was wrapped in a blanket and shrink-wrap but they still managed to break that.

I'm sitting in my apartment, with a restless three year old, for going on three hours now. These guys were suppose to be here at 1pm. Called last night to confirm the time. So it's not like they didn't know. I tried calling at 2 to see where they were. No answer. At 2:25 they called "to confirm" 4. I said it was suppose to be 1. The guys name was Nathan. I heard him mumble to someone else "it was suppose to be 1". So obviously they are clueless.

Potential Customers Beware!!! I am the manager of a Self Storage Property. This company was used by one of my customers to move property into a unit. While here, the driver of the A to Z truck, hit the side of one of my buildings causing significant damage. Which he denied. Despite video evidence, the owner of this company has refused to acknowledge responsibility, knowing that if we cant get is resolved his customer may be on the hook for payment of repairs.

The movers showed up on time, were quick and efficient, however, I feel they were pretty careless with my stuff (as evidenced by my TV). They did warn that their policy makes them not responsible for damage to a TV unless you have the original box (they’ve probably broken a few because who keeps those bulky boxes??) but they assured me they would be careful and pack it up great. Wasn’t bad service but clearly they don’t take good care of your stuff while moving it. Shop around and find another company.
