My estimate came to $655 and so I paid a deposit of $200. Then my final charge came to another $594.75 plus the $200 deposit. So what is the estimate for exactly? And what does the deposit apply to nothing. Then you are to pay for a bed cover mandatory they don't tell you up front about. I should have went with the other companies that were calling me. Update, the person that answer the phone did not inform me of all of this and the move should not have taken over an hour the quote.

Of the three moving companies that I have used in my adult life Pearson Moving comes in a distant third. It seems like what they didn't bend they broke. Many of my things were packed improperly if they were "packed" at all. Many things were tossed haphazardly into a box and tossed onto their truck. Having them store my items while I remodeled my new home definitely took its toll as my things had to be moved twice.

I feel as though I paid a lit of money for substandard service. This could just be my experience with them, but I would never hire them as movers again. I was quoted for about 3 hours of work and was totally cool with the price, imagine just shock when it took them way longer than quoted and my price doubled. One of my movers came back to work from an injury and re-injured his back while moving.

This is the second time I’ve used to company. The last time they were called Pearson moving. Neither service was exceptional. This time I needed the to unload furniture from my moving POD into my home. I wanted them to put a couch and chair into one of my bedrooms, but prefaced it with I’m not sure they will fit through the doorway. If they don’t fit, It’s not a big deal I will just store them in the garage for now. They were attempting to bring the chair (chair and a half so a bit bigger) in first.

I used this company for a local move recently. They were on time and very professional, and the only issue we ran into at the time was that I needed to purchase a different plug for my dryer which they informed me about, no big deal. The issue came when I went to run my washing machine and my entire laundry room flooded which leaked into my daughter’s room, the garage, and into the hallway soaking my walls and carpet.

Movers broke my wife’s desk. Took a week to respond and sent someone to pick it up randomly in the morning after not calling for a week. We could not empty the desk and allow them to take it at that time as it was full of protected health information. They agreed to process it another way and have supervisor reach out. They never did. We had to call back when the desk eventually collapsed and they tried to blame us for not letting them take it.

Working with Pearson Moving was stress free from start to finish and made my decision to work with a local company for a cross-country move a smart one! From the estimating process with Brian and Logan to the packing and loading with Douglas, Brock and Josh, it made a usual stressful process relatively stress-free. The actuals from the estimate were under-run as Douglas, Brock and Josh worked efficiently to pack and load my house over two (2) days. I would highly recommend Pearson Moving for your upcoming move!

We had Pearson help us move our belongings from San Tan Valley to Glendale. A week after move in we discovered that one of our 65 inch TV has a huge crack in the screen. I filed a claim with Jason including pictures and a receipt. We have only had the TV for about 2 years. The TV will cost $700 to replace. They only refunded $27 because they said "TV- Based off information provided we found your product weighs 46 lbs. This item is covered at $0.60/ lb which results in a $27.60 refund. This has been processed.
