Just-In Time Moving and Storage

We used Just in Time movers as a referral from our Mortgage Broker. (she said she will never refer this company to anyone again) This company could not account for some important work equipment that is necessary for my job. As I am going through the boxes, I am noticing more items missing. Two of my tool boxes, computer equipment, damaged goods and the list is endless. I filed a claim with this company and have not heard any response from this unprofessional outfit. I regret that I ever used Just In Time Movers.

I had an a absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. I was referred by family and I absolutely regret using this company. Our move out: We were quoted 4-6 hours for a move out and sent in preliminary photos of the entire house to make sure we received an accurate estimate. We discussed 3 movers over the phone, but the actual order was placed for 2. I take some responsibility for not catching this, but I don’t understand why 2 would be sent instead of 3 for an entire move.

UPDATE: While the guys were great and got us moved in 1 trip, they damaged both our refridgerator and a 65" TV. The fridge is just a dent, but the TV is rendered useless as the imaging is completely destroyed, won't render anything on the screen other than fuzz/distorted images. I would suggest paying the heaviest additional insurance/coverage if you're going to use them as their default coverage is ridiculous. They offered me $39 to replace my TV. Absurd. Will not use again on this basis.

I am so disappointed by our last moving experience with Just In Time Moving. We moved less than half a mile away and the movers were told, it was furniture only, we would take care of all the boxes. What I was left with, was a broken crib, broken dresser, half way put together beds, my bar was scuffed up, my daughters dresser was all scratched up.

We had two moves and a few months of storage with this company earlier this year. The first move into our new home and storage was great. The moving crew was amazing, efficient, and had no questions about how to assemble or take apart anything. Based on this experience, we would have left a 5 star review. However, a few months later we used this company again to move into our new home with a different crew.

Updated: The worst! I moved locally 7/5/23 and 5 months later I am finally closing my claim with them. The moving team I had was not careful. They did damage and I submitted my claim as instructed right away. No one acknowledged or got back to me called a couple times until I finally was directed to Miranda. She is terrible at follow up, updates, returning calls.always excuses. She’s busy, she work early hours, but she can’t return a call. Get it together JIT moving!

(ZERO STARS) We had JITM move our furniture recently in Gilbert AZ. Not 10 minutes into the move one of the movers requested to use our restroom. As soon as he came out of the restroom, the smell of Marijuana filled our house. This individual also turned on the bathroom fan and opened the door to dissipate the smell. We have a 10-year-old son, and the restroom is right next to his room. My girlfriend got nauseous and didn't feel good after.

Sent 2 guys out didn't know what they were doing. The tall guy was extremely rude and standoffish. The tall guy also put his leg through our ceiling by walking in our attic and not knowing what he's doing almost fell through the ceiling. Didn't clean up the mess from the big old hole they left in our living room in our ceiling. Then I found him throwing my dishes into a box and I mean throwing them not carefully not anything careful just throwing them.
