Nice people but they damaged 3 pieces of my furniture due to loading it on a dolly and carrying it up 1 flight of stairs using 1 person. I believe it caused a lot of stress on the furniture; i.e. headboard, dresser and small buffet. Bobby offered me a credit of $75 for the headboard and buffet, however, the furniture is no longer "new" looking and now shows signs of repair. I guess you get what you pay for. I found the crack in the dresser after they had already left.
Kim, You left this two star, and have called us and emailed us multiple times since leaving it, asking if we would move you again over the years. The only item we dollied for you was one that you claimed only had pillows in it.
I called and booked him 2 weeks in advance. I gave him the first address and all of my information and said it would be 2 moves back to back and we wanted to schedule him. He said ok he had me down and we would call back the day before to confirm the other addresses. No confirmation call received so I called him and was told I was not down and never gave him any information and was not scheduled. Very unprofessional and now left me scrambling to find someone. If I could give zero stars I would.
This is not a customer of ours. We had one 4 minute conversation about a move, and she never booked 1 move with us, let alone 2. Did we send you a confirmation email? Did you pay a deposit? No, because you didn't book with us.

Bobby the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and was all business, no BS! I had three other professional estimates given to me. B Line Movers was the only company who quoted me two moving trucks instead of only one. And the estimate came in moderately priced in comparison to others. They were very responsive to my questions by email and phone calls prior to moving date.

I booked B Line Movers solely based on the great reviews and fair price (they quoted cheaper than anyone else). I was very happy with the communication before and on the day of the move, clarity on price with no hidden cost, and the how my movers (Andrew and David) helped me feel at ease on my moving day. They were professional, quick, and friendly. They also made sure to handle all my items with care and wrapped them for protection. They also helped me disassemble and reassemble items for me.

5 star business for sure. As a business owner myself, Im always looking for services/businesses that take pride in their work. Called them and talked to the owner, Bobby, and He was super easy to work with on the phone. Down to earth, knew his answers, his prices, and was willing to accommodate me as soon as possible. I didn’t meet him in person, I met two of his guys, Manny & Eduardo. Super cool guys, super friendly & kind. Super accommodating & fast. Start to finish the experience was smooth.

Years ago I used B-Line movers to do a local move. I was very impressed - but anyone can have a good day right ? I decided to give them a try again this week. This time I was planning a cross country move and felt a little uncertain of the long distance company that I had hired. Because of this uncertainty; I hired B-Line to come “stage” the home to get everything ready for the long distance company to load the next day. Rhain and Morgan called ahead as promised and then arrived just on time!
