Terrible place to deal with. No idea how anyone has given them 5 stars. Asked them to pick up unit a week ago. Still no show. Caused a great inconvenience for my customer. Customer service reps are terrible

Beware of the rental policy. Smooth drop-off and pick-up. The container itself was in good condition and worked for my needs. I rented the container for almost a year and had to pre-pay each month. I called for pickup with 2 weeks remaining on the prepay and was told that I would not be charged for any days after I called. After a couple weeks I called about a refund for the remaining 2 weeks and I was told that there is no refund. This policy was never communicated to me verbally nor in the contract documents.

We use an A-Verdi trailer as a temporary storage contanier and it really fits our needs perfectly. I had an issue with the rolling door a year or so ago and the day I called it in they sent a guy right out to make the needed repairs. And Alexis, in the office, is the best too! Very helpful and speedy attention to any billing questions.
