I've been trying for 4 days to get a quote. Each day I was told I'd have it in email by the end of the day, so far, nothing. I left a message stating that if they couldn't do this to please call and let me know so that I wouldn't bother them every day or I could find someone else. No response to that message either. So many good reviews but after my experience, not sure how. Very disappointed and a waste of my time for 4 days!
We moved locations for our business less than a mile up the road (a mattress store) and when they were hired they showed up said "no thanks this is too much work" and left. Mario was his name, what kind of business do you run? Don't touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
This guy is a joke and is lazy and untrustworthy says he will do the job then shows up in a uhall and says it's to hot and tells me he is not going to do my move the day I had to leave after we agreed and confirmed the day of my move SAVE …
Refused to work because it was too hot!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Two women had to do it instead in 90 degree weather! You're better off moving yourself.
Stay away from this moving Company !!! This Company is afraid of Hard Work !!!! There word Means NOTHING !!! BEWARE WARE !!!!!

We used their services to help me move from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment and we could not be happier. The movers were very amicable and friendly and I found how lively they were pleasant. They were really efficient with moving everything in a timely manner and were careful and respectful with all my belongings. They went above and beyond to ensure everything made it from one place to another and that I was satisfied with the placement in the new place.
Couldn’t have moved without them! Did an amazing job, nothing was damaged and did it all in one trip! Showed up on time and work quickly even brought extra boxes. They fully took my bed apart and put back together in my new place. 10/10

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and my 96 year old dad who lives in Oriskany, New York needed help unloading a moving truck. The big difficulty was he needed the help the very next day. I found UFirst on the web, called them and talked to Vivian. She was very professional, helpful and set up three movers to arrive 24 hours later to assist my dad. They arrived as scheduled and my dad said they were professional and did an excellent job. Thank you to Vivian and your team for doing such a great job!
