Absolutely would not hire this guy... Moved me from Greenville TN to Kingsport TN and 2,000 came up missing out of our home.. He refused to pay me back and then he cursed me out... He smelt like liquor and broke our adjustable frame... This guy is bad business
Thomas, I’m not sure where to start. We haven’t recently done and Greenville to Kingsport moves.. $2,000 coming up missing? That is a serious accusation. None of our employees drink and we have no record of any adjustable beds getting broken.
Moving soon? Looking for movers? I can share one that I would hands down, [phone removed]% not recommend. We moved from Gray to Jonesborough. Had movers pack and move things to the garage of our new place and a few things to a storage unit. The day of closing we had planned on having the company move the items to the rooms they needed to go- along with moving items from our storage unit to the new home. We agreed to $4000. *$400.00 cash was stolen * Every one of them reeked of weed, including the owner.
Hey Jennifer! We hate to hear you had a bad experience with a1 moving! but let’s clear up a few things. The first thing is that none of our guys on staff smoke marijuana. We have a strict drug testing policy, and we would never allow that. … More
I did not want to leave this review but I feel like I have to. I used this company to move in July and as of today I am still finding broken items in my home from them moving my stuff. I asked several times for my things to be wrapped better and handled with more care and I was dismissed every time. I am having to replace 100s of dollars worth of furniture because of the carelessness. I am truly disappointed for the service I paid for.

These young men did an absolutely amazing job! They were placed in a very awkward situation for my move, and they remained professional, supportive and efficient. My property was handled with care and they delivered! Not only did they handle my move with care, they went above and beyond by demonstrating genuine care and respect. Something we need in this day and age are folks who are sensitive to situations, kind and courteous. I would recommend them 1,000 times over. Keep up the good work, fellas!
I used this moving company they did an awesome job, they were on time and handled my furniture and belongings with care I would definitely recommend these movers
A1 Moving was very awesome to work with, affordable for what I need done.... Team members were very friendly when arriving with the piano, and treated the item with care! Highly recommend for anyone needing swift and affordable moving services in the Tri-cities area!
Matthew and his team with A1 are the epitome of professionalism when it comes to hiring movers. I have had several rough experiences in the past that have had me wary of hiring movers again. The passion, dedication and over all work ethic …
