I did everything online. DONT DO THAT. I thought I was getting a great deal, so I filled all the forms and paid the $64 for the storage. THEN my codes wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get into said storage building. I tried calling multiple times on multiple days, but nobody ever answered and the voicemail hasnt been set up yet, so I couldn’t even leave one. I did however, get the following months bill and a late fee in my email. FOR A STORAGE BUILDING I NEVER GOT TO USE.

Bed Bugs Don't go here!!! I wouldn't give this place #1 star however, had to or wouldn't be able to place this review. Once this place gets your money they don't care about any customer service. Never in ny life have I ever experienced such very poor customer service and extremely Unprofessional individuals running a bussiness in my life. Don't get a storage here you will Regret it!!!! Make sure you don't go to the several other locations they have listed on this site!

I rented a storage unit here at the end of 2022 and had a great experience. I just did again for January of 2024 and have had an awful experience. The process to cancel service and move out of your unit is extremely predatory. I used my unit for 3 weeks and because I couldn't sit on hold on a phone call for 30+ minutes (I tried 3 times) I had to pay for an extra month. If I didn't pay for the extra month, I was informed they would keep charging me for additional months.
