If no stars were an option, I would give it. Three appointments to get an estimate....no show each time! Family emergency was stated for two of the no shows. I understand that...but I had to reach out to them to find that out! Third time no show....no contact with me at all! Unprofessional at best!
Apologize about the way you feel. We try our very best to on time everytime but life does happen. I hope you were able to get your move figured out. Again, sorry about the inconvenience
Edit to response: you absolutely know that I'm talking about your company. Are you seriously going to pretend your phone wasn't off for two weeks? Dishonest. Ghosted us after agreeing to move us at the end of the month. Went 12 days with zero communication. Wouldn't answer texts or calls. Forced us to scramble to find another mover.
I’m sorry that you feel that we didn’t have communication but we don’t miss jobs. I don’t see your name on our schedule anywhere so I honestly don’t know how to respond to this. There is another Mighty Movers in lower Kentucky, I hope that you didn’t have us mixed up.
This company was horrible, I booked them a few weeks ahead of time. They explained there was a deposit in order to hold reservation and 2 hour work /pay minimum. The night before my schedule help was to arrive they called to let me know that 200.00 would go immediately towards the drive time back and forth to my home,( they should have informed me of this right from beggining when they set me up and I gave them my address.) I mentioned the 2 hour minimum and said I had no time now to change moving plans so I'll…

Horrible company. This moving company left my couch and glass table top because they didn't have enough room for it in the truck. Then they said the couch was to big to get out the door. Excuse me the other movers got it upstairs and in the room without issues....don't go with this company or it will cost you a small fortune at 145 per hour...my move was local and it was over two thousand.. I can never recommend this company to any one that values their property..

We had these guys scheduled to move us. Had phone conversations and texts to verify. Got their wires crossed and overbooked and canceled on us 1 hr before they were to arrive the day of the move. Offered no solution to fix the problem they caused and canceled by text. Very unprofessional.

Charlie and Matthew were excellent! Careful with our things, and mindful of our walls/doorframes—they left our new home immaculate and put everything where we needed it. Would highly recommend this company. It was a short move a few miles away and they worked hard to get it done efficiently and professionally. Thanks, y’all!

Sean and Charlie were fast, reliable, and respectable at loading up our 26 foot box truck. They packed it right and nothing shifted the entire 5 hour drive. There pricing is on point too! Do not hesitate to hire them for all your moving needs!
