Nichole, I'm sorry that we had a break in while you were renting with us. We have worked tirelessly and spent tens of thousands of dollars securing up the facility. Your unit was broken into 4 months ago and you failed to even confirm if things were stolen or not until just this month.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! They will lock you in the yard, then kick you out and refuse any portion of refund for the full month you paid for. I had a storage unit here for 5 months. I was in Casper last week and went to the unit to leave some things and pick up warmer clothes for winter. I arrived at 9:45 PM, went to leave and was locked in the storage yard at 10:40 PM. I called at least 6 times, left multiple voicemails and sent emails, all with zero response.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE UNIT FACILITY!!! THEY ARE GREEDY. I RENTED A 10X8 @ $55.00 PER MONTH. AFTER 9 MONTHS THEY RAISED ME TO $77.00 PER MO. NOW AGAIN LESS THEN A YEAR AFTER THE LAST RAISE IM BEING CHARGED $88.00 PER MO. THESE LITTLE METAL SHED LIKE UNITS THAT IM IN. DO NOT PROTECT MY BELINGINGS. MY THINGS ARE COVERED IN DUST FROM TOP TO BOTTOM! IVE TRIED REACHING OUT TO THEM WITH MY CONCERNS AND THEY DO NOTHING TO ACCOMODATE ME. I WILL BE MOVING OUT BY THE END OF THIS MONTH. IM DONE WITH AA STORAGE.

We’ve looked into our system but haven’t been able to locate an account under your name. It’s possible it may be listed differently, and we’d love the opportunity to take a closer look and help however we can. 🔹 Late fees are only applied when a payment is more than 10 days past due.

I really like their security system and the way they carefully verify everything to make sure nobody can access someone else’s unit or rent under someone else’s information. They take safety seriously and do a great job protecting their customers and their belongings. But definitely no excess for Semi truck :)
