I purchased a couch from Furniture Row in September 2024, and while I was initially told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, it ended up being over 12 weeks. Delays happen, and I was patient, but the real frustration started when the couch was finally delivered. The delivery team unwrapped the protective plastic outside—in the middle of snow—before bringing it in, leaving my brand-new couch wet upon arrival. That’s just gross negligence, plain and simple.

Beware look at items carefully. You will buy new and get used/returned item. Bought a new couch and they sent me home with a return. I know this due to having no manufacturer tags on it and the legs were not attached with bright red bag like the other piece I bought. They forgot to send the legs and when they disassembled when those arrived the bottoms were all scratched up like they were on the couch and it was being moved around on the floor. Mid September 2020 and still waiting for the new couch to arrive.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW UP ON WARRANTY ISSUES. We bought a full bedroom set from them a few years ago. Within 1 year, all of the electrical components failed (lights, switches). We reported this to them and they promised to get back with is when parts came in....they never did. We went in and looked at some additional furniture, and asked about our warranty parts, they promised to follow up cause the parts never got ordered... They never did. This week, we were mattress shopping.

This woman who worked there, kept following my boyfriend and I around the store today. We got there to look at how bed sets are and see if we can get a feel of what we want. After she came up to talk to us, she pointed us to the sale items, and every time we looked at anything other than the sale items, she kept pointing us back over there. She made me feel uncomfortable and my boyfriend upset. Not to mention she kept following us around, when there was clearly another couple there, who could of used her help.

I would give zero stars but the system would not let me. Avoid at all costs. It took nearly 2 months to get half our order delivered. Not the whole order. Just half. Then the 1st 2 items they bring in are damaged. Item 3 is the wrong color. They left without finishing the job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Seriously, I’m being kind. I’m going to give them the opportunity to make this right. However, I will never buy from them again. Avoid the hassle by steering clear.

Bought over $3000 worth of furniture. Was to be delivered as promised in three weeks or less. Three weeks went by and I called and was dismissively told it will not be here till March. Austin the salesperson knew at the time of purchase the items were not available. He took the money anyway. Spoke with the “assistant manager” who said: this is the way we do business. Wow!!!
