If I could give a zero I would. They destroyed a leather chair, a 600 dollar chair. It was new. We contacted them after their guys didnt tell us. He confirmed this wasn’t right. We have spent almost 3 months waiting for him to pick up chair after he promised over and over again that he was on his way. Asked for address multiple times. Never showed up, never heard from him. Just sketchy.
Linda I do apologize, about the length of time it took to get the chair fixed. But it is fixed now.
Was scheduled to move atleast 3 days in advanced. The day of, not only did they not show, they couldn’t even pick up the phone. Completely unprofessional. I believe everyone who gave 5 stars was either a family or friend. Cause this is uncalled for on so many levels.
Man I don't have you in my books any where or any missed calls.are you sure it was me? Nor do I have a voice mail.
No thank you, would not use again. Good communication, however the lack of preparation and supplies for packing were very poor. Missing items during move. Would not recommend.
Sorry about the little hang up. I do also apologize that your hamburger came up missing. I assure my guys didn't take it from you old house that was kept vacant for a week. I am willing to pay for it.
Art confirmed the appointment 5 days in advance. I arrived at the moving location at approximately 8:55, 5 minutes ahead of schedule. Art had told me to expect the crew a few minutes after 9:00, but no one ever showed. I messaged Art at 9:30 and asked when the crew would show. He informed me that a job from yesterday had went long, that he was out of town, and gave a less than adequate excuse for why he had not attempted to inform me. He told me that the time had been moved to noon without my prior knowledge.

Art and his team came to Riverton to pack and pick up my things in Riverton they were on time. Art supplied storage unit for my things in Casper at a secured storage unit. I gave home a delivery time when I bought my new place and his team delivered my things put my beds together, hooked up my washer & dryer and they did a great job putting things in my new home where I wanted them to go. His team was professional, respectful and the price I thought was affordable for what his team did with my moving experience.

I moved to Casper last year (June 2024) and the apartment I chose was on the 3rd floor. After moving most bins and small furniture in, I just couldn't get the larger items up the stairs so I called Dams and Art came to my rescue as he had a couple guys come help me. It only took them about 45 minutes to get the rest of my items up to my apartment with no damage to anything. Thanks so much guys and sorry it took me so long to write this review. This company is the best.
