Spent a ton of money only to be lied to. Sales staff are very friendly to get the sale. Furniture was weeks late getting delivered. Coffee table chipped from my dogs tale, called to complain about the quality and they made me feel like it was my fault. Would definitely not recommend!
We are sorry about your experience with your coffee table. Unfortunately, no one here at slumberland would ever have told you that this coffee table was solid oak. The fact is that we are open and honest with all our products and even list on each tag what every item is made out of.
We purchased a couch and recliner in December of 2022 and the recliner broke in July. We called the store as it was still under warranty. They sent someone out to look at it and told us a part would be ordered. I have contacted them …
It looks like this part has been on order since September 2023. Unfortunately we cannot expedite these parts that are imported. As soon as this part is physically in our hands we will be glad to complete the repair for you. Unfortunately, supply chains with many consumer goods can be delayed.
It was my first time at Slumberland Furniture, and I was very disappointed. First, not one salesperson came up to me or even great me. I walked the whole store including the clearance area downstairs. I worked for Furniture stores for years, selling top Furniture lines like Thomasville, Drexel Heritage, Ethan Allen, Pennsylvania House, and many more. The furniture I looked at today, is not even midline, especially the bedroom peices.

Travelled there from out of town looking for a bedroom set. Unfortunately they wanted to charge $300 for delivery and didn't have the set in stock ( I can order online with free delivery). They had some clearance options available to take from their lower floor, however they had no staff available to disassemble/load, so we ultimately left empty handed and purchased a set elsewhere.

Very poor quality furniture. Falls apart pretty quickly. Trying to get them to warranty items is near impossible. Dont get their 0% financing. If the term ends, they slap all the back interest charges on top of whatever you still owe …
Very strange we cannot find anything in our computer system that shows you have ever purchased anything from our store. We would be happy to revisit any issues you may have had but it we do not show any history of a James Dawkins purchasing from our Casper location.

I lived that the salesman was no pressure. I was not bombarded as soon as i walked in the door. He also let me borrow his tape measure which was much appreciated. There was a wide selection of living room furniture available and i found what i was wanted. Even better was the price and the fact that both the sofa and loveseat were in stock. I was able to look at the furniture before it was loaded to ensure it was the color I chose and free of damage.
