Extremely unprofessional experience from start to finish. The crew showed up an hour and a half later than the scheduled time. Worse, the company failed to provide a standard contract or a signed Bill of Lading prior to loading up our household goods. The movers handled our property with zero care—multiple items were damaged or scratched during transit despite being wrapped and protected. The movers flipped items on their sides and dragged them on the ground.

If you are PCSing, even inside the contiguous, I’d look elsewhere for a moving company or just hope you don’t have nice stuff. Mind you, we moved within the same time zone, so relatively short distance. We did do a partial DITY and took all that we could with us, buttt… Packing team took 3 days, most of which was completed on the 3rd day. There seemed to be drama between the teams as we had about 12 different people packing, about 3-4 per day.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with AAA Moving Co. It’s concerning to learn about the issues you faced during your move, including the handling of your belongings and the professionalism of our team.
I called the company when they arrived and told them that the truck they brought was too small for the amount of belongings I needed to move. Without ever coming out to see my belongings they told me that the truck should be big enough. The crew did their best to make everything fit and of course it did not. It took twice as long to pack my stuff as it should have because they were trying so hard to get it to fit. It did not fit and several things were left behind.
We sincerely apologize for not providing our top of the line service. Your move really should’ve had an in-home survey performed and we failed to provide that. Although we did deduct the charges for the extra time, that was our responsibility.
TERRIBLE!! THIS COMPANY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $6200 to move 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and about 12 boxes a 90 miles. Then he said I will give you 50% off I will do it for $3100.. THIS IS JUST CRAZY!CRAZY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE!!

I hired AAA Moving to unload a 24-ft truck, and they exceeded expectations. They arrived right on time, were professional, strong, and handled everything safely. AAA packed up and crated our household items in Enterprise, AL in preparation for an international PCS move. Three individuals worked on packing and crating our items and we were extremely impressed in the attention to detail, organization, and documentation of everything they were packing. They even made custom boxes for our TV and King Bed. Overall, the process was much less stressful than we anticipated and we were impressed with AAA!
