Dishonest business, I emailed a copy of my personal insurance so they can waive the one they offer for $12 monthly, 3-4 months later still getting billed for it. I go in person to fix this problem and they can’t refund past months. Turns out email they provided for me to forward my insurance they can’t access. I moved out from aaa and went with Life Storage down the street which is cheaper and climate controlled for $80 monthly instead of $109. Or $61 non climate controlled.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Quick and painless! One of the smoothest storage rental processes by far! Thank you Mrs. Teresa
Cristian, quick and painless is exactly how Theresa likes to run things. No unnecessary steps, no delays. Glad it was one of the smoothest you've experienced at AAA Storage Pflugerville Texas.
Tonia and Malcolm are the best folks to rent from. After Wells Fargo had yet another fraudulent activity with my card, Tonia was able to assist me in changing my billing info and saving my property from auction. They definitely go out of their way to help others. Very much appreciated. Thank you !!
