First, my piano was damaged in the move. I told the company and was compensated $100 but am not really sure how to buff out the deep scratches on the front of the piano. I’m so sad that it looks this way now! Second, they “accidentally” took my porch chair. I reached out and they said they didn’t have it. Low and behold it was “under some blankets” in their truck? It just sounded so unbelievable that they couldn’t see it because the chair is not small and fully reclines.

The movers were super nice, but the owner misrepresented their prices to me and then threatened to call the police and told me it would be a felony if I did not pay the disputed amount. Absolute liars, unprofessional, and tried to use intimidation as a means to get paid. For anyone else in a similar situation, just use a good credit card and dispute the charges if you feel like prices were misrepresented.

I called and told them that I had a two bedroom apartment with a piano as well as a storage unit to move into a home. Everything seemed fine and a time was booked. Come to the day and two guys show up. They knew nothing about the piano or the storage unit and ended up having to call in more guys. One guy kept making comments about how much stuff we had and would not shut up about how hard it was to move a piano. I know it's hard to move a piano, dude. That's why I hired movers instead of doing it myself.
I am very, very disappointed with this moving company. They broke some very valuable items that were wrapped fine and had been moved 3 times before with no problems. They were very careless with how they re-stacked the boxes in my new place breaking items. There was also a dent in my new sofa (white leather). Finally, they were very over priced and NO INSURANCE.

SOLICITORS!!! I have a sign on my door that states no solicitation. Y’all seem to not be able to read and leave trash on my door with your information. If yall can’t seem to follow simple instructions on a door, then what makes me think yall would be able to follow directions when moving items. Thank you for directing me to review.
Worst mistake I ever could of made my mother tv was broken because the guy decided to pack it on his back. Then we have 2 china cabinets that was damaged and the refused to pay for what that broke. Then I sent pictures of the damages and they still want take no accountability.
Terrible drivers. They swerved recklessly, cut us off, and almost ran us into a guardrail on I-35. I wouldn't trust putting your valuables in one of their trucks. It's likely to be scattered down the highway or, at the very least, banged up.
I would not recommend this moving company. They moved my brother's house, hooked up the washer and dryer and insured them it was all complete. He did their first load of laundry and the house filled with water due to them not attaching the …

I looked into several movers and am so glad I picked ATX. From the beginning when Mickey personally came in advance to my house and gave me an estimate (unique!) to the care and professionalism that Justin and Eric H. demonstrated throughout the move, it was a smooth, trouble-free and pleasant experience. They were efficient, careful with my things and really nice and helpful guys. And their price was very fair, less than others I talked to.
I highly recommend ATX Movers. This was my first time booking with them and I was very impressed with the staff’s professionalism, quality of service, and timely communication. April, Ray, and Mark did an outstanding job. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience completely smooth. Would not hesitate to book again! 10/10
Booking my move through April was quick and easy — she set clear expectations upfront on cost, timing, and requirements, so there were no surprises. Ray, Mark, and Louis called 30 minutes before arrival to give me a heads up, introduced theirselves upon arrival, and then handled all my furniture and boxes with care and efficiency. Excellent value overall — highly recommend!
I moved yesterday and used this company (Eric H, Louis, and Justin). They were absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things. They were so careful and quick. They also put everything in the right rooms. There was also a wasp nest on one of my chairs and they got it off for me!! HIGHLY recommend. Especially those 3 guys. Also an amazing price.
