DO their movers were rude. Lied and blocked the handicapped parking spaces and refused to move the truck. NOT YRUST THIS MAN !
Hi Renee, I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with one of our team members. I have spoken to them and made sure that they will move the truck for anyone needing to get out of a parking spot immediately.
Honestly can't say that they did much to help me. Even though I paid for 2 hours of their time, they literally sat around and watched me do all the work and then they asked me for my own personal items that I no longer wanted. And as far as being punctual they were twenty minutes late. The biggest regret I have was not firing them.

I used Suite Movers for my move within Austin recently. I moved from a house to a downtown high-rise. Moving to one of these buildings presents its own challenges as the Management and security team have many requirements that any chosen vendor has to fulfill. Adam, founder of Suite Movers was very proactive with the building staff and I never had to worry about anything. He showed up with his team at the assigned time and moved my stuff with a lot of attention and care.

I used Adam and his team for my move and later to pick up additional furniture, and they were incredible both times. They’re responsive, flexible, polite, prompt, and extremely efficient. Most importantly, they took great care of all my belongings and handled everything thoughtfully and professionally. Can't recommend enough!!!

I used Suite Movers for my recent move of my 2000 sq ft plus home from Belton to Georgetown. I am not a minimalist so it was a big move. Adam and his staff were very professional, with great communication and patience. I have moved 4 previous times and never had a company protect and care for my furniture during the moving process like Suite Movers and truly felt like they were moving their own family members valuables. Even my friend commented how well the furniture was protected during the move.
Jemell and Stephan handled my move today with Suite Movers. They were fast, professional, kind and handled my furniture and belongings with great care. They really went above and beyond to make my move fast, easy and perfectly executed. This is not my first time using Suite Movers. And it won’t be my last. They always send a great crew. Their prices are fair and the office staff and crews are always focused on great customer service.
