November 5th, I used these ppl. I am disabled. They stole alot of items out of boxes I had. They ran the clock. It shouldn't have took 7 hours to move me off the 3rd floor into the 1st floor. Rachel took up for them without being there. I couldn't say what happened. Just plan POOR customer service. I am hurt. Those items where mine. Why steal from a disabled person who was asking for help. PLEASE THINK AGAIN ABOUT USING THESE PEOPLE.
They destroyed almost all of our stuff. They will not answer my phone calls now. They quoted us $2700 then when they picked up increased it to $5100. Major misquote! They broke our TV, entertainment center, fridge, washer/dryer, dining room …
Hi Amanda, We are a small Mom and Pop moving company based out of Austin Texas and it sounds like you were moved by the Infinity Moving company that's based out of New York. We unfortunately have the same name of Infinity Moving but are not affiliated with them in any way, shape, or form.
They blocked off a driveway in my apartment complex and I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for them to move. The lady on the phone when I called to complain was very short and rude to me. She said they parked the moving truck where it was …
Hi Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were blocked and will be sure to speak with all our drivers to prevent this in the future. We try to stay out of the way while at the same time getting as close as possible to help our customers time be as short as it can be.
this moving company is not what it seems. my suggestion is do not use them. much damage they refuse to take responsibility for with no offer to remedy the …
Hello Jes Garcia, We've never had any contact with you and you've never used our moving services. We are what we seem, we're a 5 star Yelp company for a reason. We try to go above and beyond for our clients in the event of damages and ask that our readers look at all our other reviews from…

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. The team arrived on time, handled all of my furniture with great care, and made sure everything was properly protected during the move. They were professional, efficient, and friendly …
I was very impressed with Infinity Moving during our move from South Austin to Lakeway. The administrative side displayed good communication and the crew was timely, VERY efficient, and careful handling our home furniture. Special thanks to Mark, Gary, Alan, and Cody. I would absolutely use them again!
Allen and Cody were absolutely incredible today. It was an allllll day move between 3 locations and they maintained positive attitudes and never stopped moving despite the heat and stairs at two of the locations. They treated everything with care and warned me before moving anything where they had concerns about damage — and there was none. Five Stars ✨ This is my 6th or 7th move with Infinity (most of them for my clients) and they crush it every time. If you want a mover you can trust, hire Infinity!
The 3 man crew was excellent. Care was taken for our furniture and all our belongings. The team was very time efficient and got the job done while protecting our belongings. We needed help with moving furniture around and they didn't hesitate to assist. I highly recommend Infinity.
