In their own words
Bad communication. They said they would give me a quote after I send them information they need. I waited for 2 days and called them. They promised to get in touch with me later that day. Still no show up. I don’t know how they got 5 stars. They are not professional at all from this perspective. I have been waiting for them to get back to me for so long, so my lease has now expired. Thank for them! I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and people I know, so they would be disappointed as me.

Horrible. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they were nice. Unfortunately, I wasn’t trying to buy some new friends, I wanted my things moved. Even after pointing out a very expensive piece of furniture that I told them I cared about more than any item I own. I also literally walked them through how to put it together and take apart since it was so specific, even with those directions, they still managed to not follow them.

The time went over my 2 hour minimum partly due to the movers taking the long way around my apartment complex and using all the packing materials. I was more concerned about getting my large items moved. I was not aware of their policy that I could have had a sharp time frame and signed a waiver. That was never discussed. But I did tell the lady I spoke with about my moving horror stories about time. And paying for another moving company taking Electra time causing me a huge moving bill.

They were respectful of both homes, careful with fragile items, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Elite Relocation to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

I had a wonderful interstate move with Elite Relocation. Joe, the owner, did the estimate and accurately predicted that we would need more than one truck. He offered the strategy of having a family member drive a U-Haul with the overflow items, which reduced our costs considerably -- and he also gave advice on what kind of truck would be easiest for a non-commercial driver to handle. Elite Relocation loaded both trucks for us.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for trusting Elite Relocation with your interstate move. It was a pleasure working with you throughout the entire process. We’re glad the … More
Malik, Caleb, and Justin were fantastic. They arrived fully prepared with all the equipment needed for the move and handled everything professionally from start to finish. I wasn’t as packed as I should have been, and I had a lot of small, loose items. They did an excellent job carefully packing everything and getting it safely to my new apartment. Despite a difficult parking situation and challenging access to the building, they made it work without complaint.
Anastasia , thank you so much for your amazing review of our awesome crew! Your kind words truly mean a lot to our entire team. Moving can be a big transition, and we’re honored that you trusted us to be part of the journey. We’re so glad … More
