The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We recently used Able Movers to help us move from two apartments into a house. They were quick, friendly and careful with our stuff and good value. Definitely recommend :)
Hi Kristy, Thank you for your feedback :) We appreciate your business and I will pass along your review to your movers. Thank you Able Movers
We booked the team from ABLE movers to move us from a 3rd floor condo into a rental unit. We also put over half of our stuff into their storage warehouse. FIVE STARS! The communication from day one was excellent. The guys who moved us called to confirm they were on their way. They kept the place organized and efficient. One guy was present on the truck at all times to make sure nothing was left unattended. Lots of blankets were used to protect breakable items. Nothing was damaged.
Hi Jodi Thank you for taking the time of your day to let us know how we did. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to working with you again :) Thanks Able Team
Professional, prompt and practical! Able Movers made everything very easy and efficient. This is our third move in NS, and Able Movers are by FAR the best movers we’ve had. In addition, they have great customer service. Getting a quote and then booking the move was simple. We had a couple questions a few days before the move, and their friendly, knowledgeable customer service helped us out right away. Thank you, Able Movers!!
Hi Drake, Thank you for taking the time to tell us how we did. We are so happy you were satisfied with your experience. We hope to do business again with you in the future. Thank you Able Team
I had initially had my appointment booked for this past Monday but I had to cancel it due to weather last minute. This was not a problem at all for them and they me booked in for today, Thursday. Mike and Patrick were the two fellas that came to do the move for me today and they were excellent - professional, courteous and friendly, you couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend Able Movers !
Hi Andrew Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback - We are happy to hear you were satisfied with our services. All the best and we hope to do business with you again in the future. Able Movers
