AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE GOING TO A RANDOM WAREHOUSE ON YOUR OWN TO FIND YOUR STUFF At first the experience was great, but then tracking down my items after they arrived at my final destination was an absolute nightmare. I received mixed messages about whether or not my items arrived and had to try and track down the third party warehouse they were working with myself.

This company is a joke, I never should have agreed To their services. All kinds of my furniture has been scratched, ripped, and I believe coffee was spilt on my love seat(At least I don’t remember that stain being there). Actually just looking at the pictures on their website and how they load their trucks should have shown me enough. They don’t have moving blankets to protect the furniture. Very disappointing.

Wasted my time as it was really really difficult to get hold of them and they are not answering the phone at all and even their voicemail is already full which could not left a voice message. After too much attempts of calling they sent me a text message and gave me a call to see what is my request that I informed them I wanted to have a quote that I never got it.

Don't use their sevices, they send amateurs to work who are probably just some part-time students from the college. Moreover, they dont even bring proper tools for the moving jobs, very low moving efficiency.

This was my second time using Panda Moving, and once again I had a great experience. Michael, the manager, was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. Richard worked incredibly hard to complete the move on time while carefully making sure none of my furniture, walls, or floors were damaged, even while working quickly. He also did an excellent job disassembling and reassembling my bed perfectly. I don't know when my next move will be, but I will definitely use Panda Moving again.
I highly recommend these guys. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They even came in under budget!
I cannot say enough good things about this moving company! They truly went above and beyond during my move today. When there was a mix-up with the delivery of my new sectional, they stepped in and picked it up for me, which was incredibly helpful and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. The challenges didn't stop there … the sectional wouldn't fit in the elevator, so Richard and his team carefully carried it up multiple flights of stairs.
We had an amazing experience with Michael at Panda Moving! Michael and his partner helped us move from one apartment to another, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. They handled all of our belongings with great care and worked quickly without cutting corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service.
