I booked this company based on their stellar google reviews. I’m unsure if my case was isolated but the service did not match the reviews. The service was awful, unprofessional, unreliable and unsafe. The movers were booked for 8am and they arrived 5pm. Throughout the day I (the customer) took the initiative to call the office (which was “closed” on a Saturday) to get updates as to the ETA. When the movers finally arrived they constantly complained about the work load.

First they told me I was going to pay $780 for a small truck with 3 guys.. . then when the day arrived everything change the price went up $975 .. so I paid $$975 for a local trip not even 12 min away from point A to point B .. and a few more things happened .. next time im doing my own moving.. .. I don’t recommend them ..

In comparison to the other quotes, the hourly pricing for the move was fairly reasonable. Before I arrived, the vehicle was already at the storage facility where I was transferring my materials.
