I scheduled a long-distance move four months in advance, working with a rep named Jacob. From the start, he came across as very salesman-like, but things took a sharp turn once I began following up on logistical details and flagged clear discrepancies in my quoted pricing, with screenshots to back it up. Rather than handling it professionally, Jacob became passive-aggressive and hostile, even after acknowledging that the mistake was on their end.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. If I can give zero stars I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hired them to move furniture from a storage unit in New Jersey to my apartment in Brooklyn. Before the movers started loading, I personally walked through the storage unit and pointed out everything that was supposed to be transported. Despite that, one of my largest items, a standing mirror was left behind.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. Their driver reversed into my vehicle, causing damage, and instead of taking responsibility and resolving the matter appropriately, the owner, Stefan, disputed what happened and refused to cover the damages. The way this situation has been handled has been completely unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company or trust them to handle my property responsibly.
I’m leaving this review based on an experience I personally witnessed. A moving truck backed into a parked rental car that I was sharing with my friend. What happened afterward was extremely concerning. I heard the entire conversation over the phone, including my friend being told to leave before the police arrived, which felt very sketchy and left me worried for her safety. I also heard the conversation with the owner.
Wish I knew! I had a terrible experience with Up and Go LLC. I trusted them to handle my move, but they ended up destroying several of my belongings during the process. Not only did they break some of my items, but they also failed to move everything from my storage unit. I was left with a lot of things that I expected to be relocated, and now I have to figure out how to deal with the mess they left behind. I would not recommend Up and Go LLC to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I can’t recommend this moving team highly enough! Besi, Filip, and Boyan were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, kind, respectful, incredibly hardworking. Our move was a bit of demanding job, made even more challenging by a complicated custom closet system that required extra skill, patience, and precision. The team handled every challenge with confidence and expertise. They took exceptional care of every single item, treating our belongings as if they were their own.

We just had a great experience with Up N Go moving. They did such an amazing job helping us move from our apt. in NJ to our new house in White Plains. Jovana was so great at answering all my questions via email and responded so quickly. We received a professional invoice and quote and itemized list of everything I said needed to be moved. Besi and his team were absolute gems. They showed up on time, were so nice, professional and hard working.
