DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! After taking time off work from downtown Toronto for specifically renting a storage unit, reached this location at 4.40PM (20 minutes prior to closing) only to be told a new unit rental cannot be done after 4.30PM. Their office hours should be posted as 4.30PM not 5PM. Person at the desk was rude and spoke to us with an attitude as if we were looking to rent a unit for free.

Rodent infestation, found mouse droppings in the hallway. Found two dead mouse and contents was damaged with mouse urine. Same complaint from the opposite storage unit. Manager informed me that mice only live in the container that has food but I did not have any. This is the worst storage facility I have experienced in twenty years. Waiting for days to hear back from regional manager. Will post more photos of inside storage and hallway. Still waiting 3 weeks for management to call me back.

I had a mixed experience using the storage facility: Good - the place is clean and the office staff is good and helpful with signing up and regular questions. 5 star for the storage facility and features. Bad: I had two negative experiences regarding payment. I was late by a few days on a payment - my fault - and I received an alert that the payment must be made immediately or there of be increased fines.

The store has an all-night megaphone speaker that shouts "this is a restricted area, please keep away". It's been on every night all summer and the whole neighborhood can hear it.

Someone trespassed into our locker, and put in furniture that did not belong to us. We emptied out our locker immediately after that as we no longer felt safe.

Ed did an amazing job helping us store our car. From the moment we walked into the office and completed the paperwork to parking our car inside the storage unit, everything went smooth and stress-free. We also had to rent another storage after 5 months for our basement upgrade. The same positive experience! Definitely highly recommended!

The place has easy access, most of the staff are cool but the manager takes no accountability for anything. The mice are kind for leaving the terd treats and chewing air holes in my belongings. Again the manager sucks.
