Staff was friendly and it was very easy to onboard. They were very kind -- terrific customer service! The only reason why it's 4 stars is because there are no dollies. When we first moved in, there was 1 red one for the whole building. But for the last 3 visits, there hasn't been any dollies to be seen at all which makes it very difficult to move items. We ended up buying and bringing our own cart to move our stuff.

When I called customer service end of May for a storage the gentleman I spoke with was nice, issued me a locker 50% off for 3 months from 28th of June, he did not tell me that issuing from 28th will be considered 1 month of 50%, I wanted it from 1st of July, but he said he can give it from 28th. Later I got to know from the store manager that those 3 days of June also falls under 1 mont, so I lost 1 month of the promotion.
