Parents were quoted less than 1000 for the move and ended up being charged over FOUR TIMES the amount. Furniture broken, full boxes marked fragile broken, tons of items missing, couches torn could go on and on. Said they would have everything sorted within the week. Radio silence so here I am. See you in court! Response: We asked for 2000$ back actually How does one “pack” a couch, whole furnished chairs etc? I thought you were professionals. What about the missing items?
BEWARE AND DO NOT HIRE - CAMBRIDGE!! If I could pick ZERO STARS I would. My mother hired this company and what they did was absolutely disgusting. The movers arrived late and showed up with a small van that was completely inadequate for a 2-bedroom apartment move! They then told her, her furniture “ was too heavy” and that one of them had a “sore back.” These are not things you expect to hear from a moving company. THE WORSE PART - YOU LIED AND LEFT HER STRANDED.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with this company. My calls were repeatedly disconnected (talked to all sort of names, David, Noah, Daniel, Liam, Steve, Anthony, all fake names btw ...), no solutions were ever provided, and I was unable to reach anyone from their management team. Every time I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were “in a meeting,” yet no one ever called me back. My emails also went unanswered.
Worse company ever! Liars, thiefs, intimidators, bullies, and they don't give a shit! They steal what they want, bullie and intimidate bc they hold your stuff hostage, and when i finally got my shit back, I was missing 45-48 thousand dollars worth of valuable musical instruments, photography and cameras and photo lenses, tripods, lights not to mention all my recording equipment! Absolutely horrible experience in an all ready tough tough situation. Don't walk away from this company, RUN, RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY Quickly!
Nothing but thieves. Lied to me. Said my stuff was in Edmonton promising to deliver kept asking for more money. Never came wouldn't answer the phone. This has been going on since July 2025. They give me a number to call in Edmonton …
We had the most horrific experience with All Canada Movers. In a period of 3 weeks we went through at least 5 account managers. They showed up in a UHaul, one guy wearing slides. I am quite confident 2 out of the 4 movers had never moved before. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes between locations which should have taken maximum 35 minutes. They caused so much damage to both our furniture and properties. I believe my husband and I moved more items than they did.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They are horrible with communication, they make you all kinds of promises and they will keep calling you to get a deposit. Once they get the deposit the will not answer the phone at all. I cancelled my move with them because they promised me I would have the moving boxes feliver to me before Christmas 2025. I did not receive the boxes or a phone call to let me know why. I called them January 4th 2026 and they didnt answer.
I have got this company All Canada Van Lines to Do my moving from BC to MB what a joke. They can't come on the day I want they keep changing days. The day they show up they come in a fancy exspensive car to come look at the job then they say we will be back with the u haul which is a hr so I am getting charged for that. They send me an invoice to sign when we are busy packing trying to get out of the place in time so I took a quick look it had 1.25 all the way down the invoice.
