These guys are heartless - I called and booked a unit over the phone, paid for it ($80). I found the same size unit at access storage except it has an extra 4 ft. of space (5x5x8ft) so I called the cancel this unit and they told me it's their policy to make you pay for the first month (They said they want the $80 I just paid for booking a unit over the phone). I understand if the person has already moved in, I have never even stepped foot into green storage nor did I sign any paperwork.
Sketchy company posts online auctions and because they didnt get enough bidders they extend a live auction 24 hours before it ends and then cancels them randomly now .. wouldnt trust a company like this with my stuff they probably going …
