Stay away from this SCAM company! They have hidden charges that they don't tell you about in advance. Cancelling the subscription is really difficult and there is no proration! They'll charge you for the entire billing cycle (28 days) even though they'll tell you that there is 14 days notice period. I made a mistake of setting automatic payments and that's when all the hidden charges come into play. AVOID at any cost! There are so many options in Kitchener than this poor service business.

Was the worst place to store your belongings. I had a unit that could be accessed from above, my boxes were moved around and items missing. Nothing but issues! Look elsewhere if your looking for storage!!

They try to get you to spend as much money as much as they can. Storage facility is clean and temperature maintained but poor door security for thieves or people who just know the code but don't have business in the building. A lot of sketchy people in the facility both inside and around the facility. Price is outrageous too. + There were more than one billing errors happened during the two months rental period.

I called the store to ask if I could get an extension on my payment because I had to go into emergency surgery for melanoma. The staff worker said that would be fine. Found out she didn’t leave notes and had a hard time getting anyone to understand. People here are uncaring and horrible. Payments have been made and i will be looking for a different place.

So far a thumbs up. Employees are great friendly kind understanding. My my girlfriend and rented a 5x5 which we found later when started to get stuff in it was to small so we had to upgrade to a 5x8. It was quick and easy. The only thing I dislike so far is paying administrative fees twice when not even having the first one for 24hours. Mike

When loading and unloading at the large door behind the building the pavement is uneven and at a slop where almost every time My boxes or what ever it may be that I’m moving falls off the trolly!!! Not convenient either when the garage door closes automatically every 3-4mins

My wife called them for a quote, (which they need your email and phone number for some reason) oh wait, it's so they can call you 3 times a week after you've told them your not interested. Really frustrating. Avoid these clowns

One of the most legit business I’ve even had the pleasure of dealing with. Getting the locker was quick and easy. Every single person I talked with was helpful and informative. Also on location they had every “extra” I could imagine. Packing supplies… locks.. Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better I found closing the locker when I needed was even easier.. here’s the thing.. I was a few days past my anniversary/payment date and guess what? To my surprise there they didn’t change me the extra month.

This access storage has been fantastic. Getting a storage unit was easy. When I first called for a reservation, they gave me options and gave me good advice so I chose a unit that would actually fit my things as opposed to the one that definitely would not have. When I went to set the account up, the attendant at the desk was super friendly and knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the process seemlessly.
