See original review below. The owners had the audacity to respond to this review with a bevy of lies and slander. They have just proved their unprofessioanlism, dishonesty and lack of integrity 100%. Their offer for us to call and discuss is futile as we attempted this and were met with compete disregard. If they had simply done the job they were paid to do properly, there would be no reason to lie and make up stories in response to a negative review. At least admit wrongdoing and move forward.

*WHERE DO I BEGIN* 1 truck and 3 movers were hired at 180/ hr with a guaranteed of 4 hours minimum. They were to arrive at 10 am and didn't arrive until 10:45 am after being contacted 2x. There were 3 polite but inexperienced young gentlemen that showed up. UPDATE! After leaving a review of our horrible experience. The owner, Adam, contact my fiance, and offered her money if we were to remove the bad review. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Dealing with Easy Moving Solutions was easily the most frustrating ordeal that my fiance and I have ever had to deal with. Calling their movers useless is a gross understatement. We would have been better off hiring stoned teenagers, then using this company.

Absolutely the worst moving company ever. We will be taking legal action. They sent 2 russian seniors in there mid 70s to destroy and lose thousands of dollars of extremely valuable one-of-a-kind furniture. They refused to also help me file any insurance claim after over billing me by thousands of dollars.

Friday May 28: Very unhappy with the movers that were assigned to help move. My partner and I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. As soon as they arrived, one gentleman complained about how many items there were to move. I called this company about a month before I needed a moving company to pack and move my father in law from Kitchener to Windsor. He is 83 and has health concerns. The person that answered the phone told me the price of $129 per hour to pack, load the truck , drive the truck to Windsor and unload the truck and we had to pay for their time to drive back. I asked a few times to be sure that they were actually packing things and disassembling and reassembling furniture as need be.

So here it goes ..... Unprofessional, Damaging, and Irresponsible – Avoid This Company I hired this moving company for a move in Mississauga in June, and the experience was extremely disappointing. A man named Sharan, who claimed to be both a manager and a mover, handled the job. Not only was he careless, but he also damaged my furniture during the move. It was clear he lacked basic training, professionalism, and the ethics expected in this line of work.
