Worst experience ever. Absolute security hazard. This place is a complete disaster. While I was traveling, someone attempted to break into my unit and damaged my lock, leaving my belongings completely unsecured. To make matters worse, today I arrived at 5:50 PM to pick up some items (well before their posted closing time of 7:00 PM). An employee clearly made eye contact with us, proceeded to close the gate anyway, and left—locking us inside the facility.

The unit was fine but the lady in the office was unprofessional and very ignorant. I wouldnt use this service ever again
Unit was broken into there was no camera on my row of units and the lady said there was to much footage to go through to see if a suspect passed the front gate

Nice people , they lent me their lock on first day when I thought I was returning but didn't , worked through her lunch hr to issue me a storage unit. I would recommend , wish it was 24 hr access but other then that great!!
