Beware do not move with this company. I called them lady was very nice on the phone she scheduled my move but I was looking to move a week sooner I took what they had and called around she never once said there was a cancellation fee. I was able to find movers for the day I actually wanted to move and I called them back to cancel the same day within 2 hours. The guy that picked up the phone was so rude and tried to charge me $200 for a cancellation fee!
Hi Andrea, We are sorry you had this experience, we changed our management and we canceled the fees for changing the date of the move or cancellation fees made more then 72hrs prior to a move.

Promptly started as soon upon arrival. Large truck showed up and I had a lot of different cardboard boxes and plastic boxes; along with furniture. They started with the bed frame since I had no idea how to take it apart (ikea with drawers), and they basically took a tool kit and started drilling away. Move was quick and they reassembled the entire bed frame in the new house. Everything else all in one piece, they even have extra wardrobe boxes to store odd size items.

We were referred to Ace Moving by a friend who hired them in the past - glowing reviews and extremely high praise! We booked via phone call, and email exchange. They initially requested we make a deposit, but in the end they took our word for it and showed up promptly on the scheduled day! Initially I was skeptical they could fit all of our stuff in one trip (one bedroom with lots of junk and a few pieces of heavy furniture + tv), but they assured me they could've fit 2 - 3x what I showed them on hand.

We have used these movers several times over the last decade. Our first move with Ken and JD they picked up our items from three or four different locations as we had a storage unit, had just bought a table, and we were moving from an in-law unit to a house here in San Leandro. They were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, timely, worked efficiently but also took care of our items. I was working in real estate at the time and had such a great experience that I referred them to my clients and friends.
