If I could give the Orlando outfit of this business NO Stars, I would do so! Two gents 18ct gold signet rings were stolen by one of their employees when our house contents were collected from Davenport, Fl. on December 19 and 22. A new picture frame was also dropped on the stairs and damaged. Ace Relocations have had over three weeks to respond to this - but have not even bothered to contact us! I cannot say how disappointed we were to have used this company.
Got off work to come home and park, just for one of these workers to have their personal vehicle parked in front of my house. He was very rude, he made rude childish comments. This worker shouldn't be working in the moving company with a mouth like that and lack of service skills.
$15,000 cost for a 1447 square foot house. After contract was signed, 110% deposit demanded and no adjustment or explanation for the extra 10% and NO REFUND OF THE OVERAGE. This was a BAIT AND SWITCH tactic with demands made at the last …
The packing was ok but they rush everything. The warehouse services is pricey. It is more expensive than renting an apartment. Then when the crew unloaded lotsa broken and damage item. Our new couch was damage. Dents on our fridge washer and dryer. Scratches on furniture and lotsa broken mirror and home decor items. Lotsa missing parts and the movers dented and lotsa black mark on my wall and ceilings. Our home was newly built. They left all kinds of mess as well. Horrible movers. Will not recommend.
Total Rip-off, I own a trucking company and I'm very familiar with current transportation rates particularly outbound Florida. This company wanted well over double what the current rates are going for. That doesn't include the packing and other charges they tacked onto the total invoice. Use anyone else but them!!!

Communication was great with everyone involved. The driver and movers cleared my 3rd floor walk up apartment in 2 hours. They didn’t stop. The unloading took less than an hour and was done quickly and safely. My moving coordinator answered all my questions.

We moved from Gig Harbor, WA to Eustis, FL. Our move couldn't have been smoother. Mike showed up with his team and they packed us out in 2 days. They did a great job loading us out. Ace arranged for a 3rd party team to crate some of our more delicate items. A bare 7 days later, Mike called to let us know he would drop our shipment the next day. He brought in another team to unload us in Florida. ARS are rockstars in the moving world.
