Unprofessional, Incomplete Move, and Constant Back-and-Forth!! I hired this company to move our entire apartment from Orlando to Tampa and paid the full amount. Unfortunately, the service was far from professional. They showed up with a truck that was too small to fit everything, despite being told this was a two-bedroom move, and ended up leaving behind important items like a baby bed, office chair, scooter, tent, vacuum, and two other boxes. Since then, it’s been a complete headache.

Kushtrim, thank you so much for this! Attention to detail is something we really work at, so hearing it stood out to you means a lot. Making sure everything arrives safe and sound is the whole goal, and we're glad we delivered on that for you. Really appreciate the kind words!
I had a great experience with this moving company! They moved an extremely heavy treadmill upstairs, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked quickly without ever sacrificing care. They were very mindful of my walls, floors, and surrounding areas, making sure nothing was damaged during the move. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers, especially for difficult or heavy jobs.
Ericka, thank you! A treadmill going upstairs is one of the tougher asks out there, so we're glad the crew handled it well for you. Hope you're getting good use out of it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just used Heavy Lifters for my move and had a great experience. The guys were kind, professional, and extremely careful with my belongings. They worked efficiently, made the process stress-free, and treated both my stuff and new place well. Their pricing was very fair, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for movers who are careful, efficient, and affordable, I highly recommend Heavy Lifters.
This is awesome to hear, thank you! We work hard to keep things careful, efficient, and fairly priced, so knowing we exceeded your expectations on all three really makes our day. Congrats on the new place!
Best movers ever. Small job up to second floor apartment. Arrived on time and with excellent communication the day before and during arrival. Super nice and friendly. Jordan and Kesha were attentive to all our needs and made sure the job was done to our specifications. Totally reliable and a pleasure to recommend Heavy Lifters to everyone.
