I picked these guys for my move to Vermont from Orlando because of their solid 5-star rating. To say that I'm disappointed doesn't do it justice. So much of my stuff is trashed. Yeah, there's always a chance that some items are going to get broken, especially in a long-distance move. But other than the first couple of items on the trailer that were properly wrapped, nothing else was. Half of the new furniture is scratched up.

In their own words
The young guys were very manageable. They were very efficient and professional. They were on time, stayed focused on the job, and did not use their phones or text while they were working. Overall, they did an excellent job, and I really appreciated their professionalism.
Brian was THE BEST! I have moved about 6 times now on my own with the help of some friends (if they were even available) and it’s always a pain and takes WAY too long. Enter True Moves LLC. They were quick, efficient, and responsive. Any questions I had or concerns were quick to be answered or resolved. And to be honest, the price is amazing. If you look around at what you are paying for with other moving companies, it’s ridiculous. And not to mention the work ethic of some people today is not a pretty sight.
Brian and his guys are absolutely fantastic! I’ve used them for three different moves now, and every experience has been great. Brian is always on time, kind, flexible, and incredibly careful with our belongings. He makes what can normally be a stressful moving day feel easy and straightforward. On our most recent move, he even offered to bring his own truck, which made the whole process that much easier for us.
This is the only flat fee local moving company I found. They wrap the furniture pad it disassembly, and assembly if needed. Very quick and safe move my furnitures with great price. Highly recommended!
