Scheduled movers for 9am and now 9:45 am and no movers. When I called was told someone would call me back. No call back and now I cannot reach anyone. Moving is stressful enough without the added drama of this. And the owner has asked me to call yet I have yet to receive a response and I have reached out several times.

I made arrangements for a moving. Half of the money was collected but the set date to pick up NOBODY SHOWS UP! Calling and calling and now nobody has been made responsible for the Situation. I lost my money and stay stock with my moving situation.

I have no family and not only did they cancel on me at the very last minute two minutes before they were scheduled to come, but they knew that the previous movers had just randomly canceled on me too, so I booked them in a rush because I have no family I’m on the second floor and I have a foot injury Even though the only positive thing was that they refunded me back. I’m actually having a dispute. U-Haul movers for not refunding me back so all in all this has been a horrible moving experience for me.
DO NOT HIRE THEM! When we called them for a quote, we explained how many rooms & described all the big items needed to be moved. They said they’d bring a big enough truck to make 1 trip only and said that 3 movers and 5 hours would be …
Sorry for your experience, when you book a service with us the customer picks how many movers they prefer on the job. We also use a 26ft truck for our services which can fit up to 3-5 Bedroom home.

I highly recommend Top Quality movers LLC. Prices are great and the movers are excellent. They showed up on time, were patient to answer all my questions. They were quick but efficient, and were very careful with my belongings. I couldn’t be more happy and extremely satisfied with their service.
We recently moved from our four bedroom home and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. What really stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the movers. They were respectful, helpful, and took the stress out of what could have been an overwhelming day. They even helped reassemble furniture and made sure boxes were placed in the right rooms, which saved us a lot of time.

The movers were awesome! They did show up a little late and were missing a person for a little but after all 3 were there they moved quickly and communicated throughout the entire time. Most importantly, nothing was broken during the move! I definitely recommend them, and will be using them in the future. They’re more than reasonably priced!
