Absolutely terrible company, completely unprofessional and a total scam artist! We provided this company with a detailed inventory of items to be moved they showed up picked up only a few items took them to the wrong location dropped them off refused to finish the job then charged us double the quoted price! Don’t waste your time energy or money just go somewhere else.

The young men were great for the move. But on the Business side was the worst. Had a estimate for paid if full at delivery . After the day , wanted paid and was good but didn’t expect to have a bill that was a few thousand over what I was expecting to pay or was told would be due. Because of a mistake they didn’t catch at all !! Was not handled well at all. Therefor was very bad business and will Not use again or recommend to anyone!!!

I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They got back to me right away when I requested a quote for our office move, did a thorough walkthrough that was convenient for me, and returned a quote within an hour or two. We had some building access snags that they accommodated ahead of time. The crew showed up right when they said they would and was kind, efficient, and thorough. They came in pretty far UNDER budget, which was a great surprise, and wrapped up earlier than expected.

I am so super grateful I chose Spine moving to help move my things to my new place, these 2 young men were polite, respectful, enjoyable to talk to and I could tell they loved their profession, they took pride in caring for my items that they moved, used all the protective covers for fragile items, spoke to each other in a respectful manner and communicated with me throughout the whole moving process, they took a video before the move at my old place and after and took a video of the new place before and after to…

We had a great experience! We needed help moving some pretty specific items that required disassembly and reassembly. We called countless other movers who were not able to provide a full service like this. Adamantine Spine was able to put together a team to not only move our items, but completely disassemble and reassemble them! They were on time, polite, and took great care of our items/home. We were amazed at how fast and efficient they were. We will definitely be using them for any future moving needs!

Update 4/24/2025: After posting my review, Cliff personally reached out to me to understand the issues during our move. He took the time to listen and took full responsibility of the issues we encountered. He offered generous compensation for the damages and poor experience. Adamantine Spine came highly recommended to us from friends who had a great experience with them and we hope this was a one off. Updating from 2 to 4 stars.
