DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I spent a lot of time researching moving companies and requesting quotes. Based on their Google reviews, I was expecting professionalism and a good experience; boy was I wrong. I gave Kirby’s all of my moving details including both locations, the floors the apartments were located on, and that neither location had an elevator. I also submitted a complete inventory of all my items needing to be moved. They did not take any of it into consideration when giving me my quote.

Do Not use Kirby’s Moving company……they overcharged us…owner knew how many items we had having come to our places and he saw everything. It was $2,000 more than estimate. I agree with Kelly Jo Parker’s comments….I am telling everyone I know NOT to use them.

We had an awesome experience with Kirby’s Moving Company! Tae, Dell, and Mike were respectful of our belongings and efficient on loading the truck. Everything was handled with care. They even got the job done under the estimated time. Our quote was spot on at a reasonable price with no surprises.We would recommend Kirby’s Moving Company for your next move!
Mason, Del, and Mike were fantastic. They were all super polite and professional and we had some good laughs during our move in process. We had used Pack Rat and they made our move from Georgia to Iowa so stressful and the price was not worth it in the end. Mason, Del, and Mike got all our boxes and furniture brought inside safely and without any issues whatsoever. I can honestly say going forward in my future moves these are the ones to be calling and having help from.
This is the second time I've used Kirby's to move a couple of gun safes. Each time, the crew was nice, professional, and communicated well. Today, especially, I felt comfortable with them moving the safes without me micromanaging and eagle-eye'ing them the whole time. Great group of guys that work for this place. I'll certainly use them again...if I ever HAVE to, that is!! Armon, Mason, and Trevon were great today. Those three work very well together and are professional and considerate.
Excellent experience with Kirbys Moving from start to finish. Russell, Arman, and Javontay were professional, efficient, and took great care with everything during the move. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service from the owner, Tay. He personally followed up with a phone call after the move and even caught a billing discrepancy in my favor before I was even aware of it.
